The 10th Annual General Meeting of Navana CNG Limited was held at the Bashundhara Convention Center in the city on Thursday. The company has declared 15pc cash dividend for its shareholders for the year March 2014.
The meeting was presided over by Shafiul Islam, Chairman of the company, says a press release.
