The inaugural ceremony of the national stakeholder workshop of ESPA Deltas, a UK-Bangladesh-India Consortium Project under the Ecosystem Services of Poverty Alleviation (ESPA) programme of NERC, DFID and ESRC of UK will be held today at the Academic Council Building, BUET, Dhaka at 9:00 a.m.
Prof. Khaleda Ekram, Vice-Chancellor, Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), has kindly consented to grace the occasion as the chief guest. Prof. Dr. G. M. Tarekul Islam, Director of the Institute of Water and Flood Management (IWFM) of BUET will preside over the programme.
