Under colourful arrangement the fifth National Film Day has been observed on Sunday. From the morning with the gathering of actors, performers, directors and producers and also related to film industry the venue became a festive place. Posters of yesteryears movies were also put on display on the BFDC premises.
Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu inaugurated the day-long event as the chief guest, while AKM Rahmatullah MP was present as special guest on the occasion.
Therefore a ray was brought out which visited Hatirjheel area and was wrapped up again after reaching BFDC. Later actors shared their feelings with media at ‘Red Carpet’ arrangement.
Syed Hasan Imam, Razzak, Javed, Anjana, Notun, Amit Hasan, Shimla, Omar Sani, Keya, Saimon, Neerob, Toma Mirza, Sohanur Rahman Sohan, Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar, SA Haque Alik, Wahiduzzaman Diamond, among others, were present at the programme.
