Sports Reporter :The Walton 3rd National Women’s Hockey Competition begins tomorrow at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium. Bangladesh Hockey Federation will arrange the hockey meet under auspices of Walton Group.To mark the ensuing hockey meet, a press conference was held at the conference room of Bangladesh Hockey Federation on Saturday.Senior Additional Director of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn, Vice-President of Bangladesh Hockey Federation Khawaja Rahmatullah and AGM of Walton Mehrab Hossain Asif were present at the conference, among others. A total of nine teams splitting into two groups will take part in the hockey competition. They are: Narail District team, Rangpur District team, Kishoreganj District team, Dinajpur District team, Patuakhali District team, Jhenaidah District team, Dhaka District team, Rajshahi District team and Thakurgaon District team. The champions of the hockey meet will be awarded Tk sixty thousand and a trophy while the runners-up will get Tk forty thousand and a trophy.
