On the occasion of National Safety Road Day , a rally, human chain and discussion meeting have been arranged by Gafargaon Upazila Safety Road Committee at Gafargaon under Mymensingh on Saturday.
“No blame to anybody, to know the cause of accident, everybody will have to obey this rule” to follow this slogan, a rally paraded the main roads of municipality and was ended at Upazila Central Shaheed Minar
After the human chain and rally, a discussion meeting was held. Rubel Mahmud, General Secretary of this committee organised a meeting. Dhali Zobair Ibn- Shams, President of Upazila Road Safety Committee presided over the meeting.
UNO Shiddhartha Shonkor Kundu was the chief guest in the meeting. Abul Monsur, Vice-president of the upazila committee, journalists Najmul Haque Biplob, Azharul Haque, Mufazzal Ansari, Human rights -activist lecturer Sabbir Kamal, teacher Jahangir Alam Salim, and Sarwer Foraji delivered their speeches in the meeting.
