The Walton National Martial Art Competition began on Sunday at the gymnasium of National Sports Council. Bangladesh Martial Art Confederation has arranged the three-day long martial art meet under auspices of Walton Group.
President of Bangladesh Martial Art Confederation and Minister for Information Hasanul Haq Inu inaugurated the competition as the chief guest while Head of Sports and Welfare Department of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn was with him as the special guest. General Secretary of Bangladesh Martial Art Confederation Hasanuzzaman Moni and the other officials of the confederation were present at the time.
Above 400 participants from 15 districts, BKSP, Bangladesh Ansar, Bangladesh Police are taking part in the competition.
The each gold medal winner of 100 categories will be awarded with Walton Home Appliance. The meet will come to an end on January 17.
