National Cooperative Day has been celebrated in Ishwardi under the slogan ‘Bangabandhu’s Philosophy, Cooperative Development’. On the occasion of Cooperative Day, a rally was held on Saturday (November 6) morning from Ishwardi Upazila Parishad premises. After the rally, a discussion meeting was held at the Parishad auditorium organized by the Upazila Administration and Cooperatives Department. Upazila Nirbahi Officer PM Imrul Kayes presided over the meeting. Chairman of Upazila Parishad Bir Muktijoddha Alhaj Naib Ali Biswas, Vice Chairman Abdus Salam Khan and Principal of Mahila College Hamidur Rahman were the guests. Upazila Cooperative Officer Amjad Hossain gave welcome speech.
