National booters leave for India today

Bangladesh national football team, led by Mamunul Islam Mamun, leave for India today (Sunday) morning to participate in the SAFF Suzuki Cup scheduled to be held on December 23 to January 3 in Kerala.
Eight South Asian nations-Bangladesh, hosts India, Nepal, Afghanistan, Bhutan, the Maldives, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. – will take part in this mega event of South Asian Football.
Bangladesh will open their tournament campaign taking on defending champions Afghanistan on Thursday (December 24), play their second group match against the Maldives on Saturday (December 26) and meet Bhutan on December 28, all to be held at the sports hub Trivandrum Stadium
Bangladesh pitted in group B along with defending champions Afghanistan, Bhutan and the Maldives while group A consist Sri Lanka, Nepal and host India.
