The Walton Smart TV 2nd National Baseball Competition begins on December 16 at the Paltan Maidan.
Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association will arrange the three-day long baseball meet under auspices of RB Group.
Regarding the baseball tournament, a press conference was held at the conference room of Bangabandhu National Stadium on Friday.
Additional Director of RB Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn, General Secretary of Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association Aminul Islam Liton and Founder Chairman of Palli Bangla Development Associate Association AKM Lutfur Rahman were present at the conference.
A total of ten teams will take part in the knock-out basis tournament. They are: Kushtia, Sirajganj Krira Shikhkha Pratishthan, Manikganj, Dhaka Commerce College, Bikrampur Sporting Club of Munshiganj, Runner Club of Dhaka, Red Devils Club of Dhaka, Flame Boys Club of Dhaka, Josholdia Krira Sangshtha and Sarkerpara SC.
Freedom fighter Md Solaiman will inaugurate the meet on December 16 at 10.00 am.
The Competition will come to an end on December 18.
