State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid asked the officials and employees of the ministry to ensure improved customer services and sort out their complaints to meet the demands of the people.
“Provide better services to customers and reach to them with their desired services. Try to solve their complaints with patient hearings,” he said this on Monday, while addressing a discussion and doa mahfil on the occasion of the 44th martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at the Bydut Bhaban.
Sports and Cultural Council organized the discussion and doa mahfil, where Nasrul said within 10 months of the country’s independence Bangabandhu had framed the constitution for an independent nation to administer the country.
