Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim on Thursday visited ailing film actor Nayok Raj Razzak at United Hospital in the city.
The minister stayed beside him for some time and inquired about his treatment.
Film actor Razzak was admitted to the hospital on June 26 (Friday) with respiratory problems and he was shifted to the intensive care unit on Sunday when his condition was deteriorated.
Razzak is currently under the supervision of Dr. Adnan Yusuf Chowdhury. The 73-year-old legendary actor has long been suffering from pneumonia. He was born at Naktala in Kolkata on January 23 in 1942. After visiting ailing Razzak, Mohammad Nasim said his condition is improving.
