Health Minister Mohammad Nasim on Monday demanded that action be taken against BNP vice-chairman Sadeque Hossain Khoka and Nagorik Oikya convener Mahmudur Rahman Manna for their ‘conspiratorial’ telephonic conversation.
“Sadeque Hossain Khoka and Mahmudur Rahman Manna have no links with
the country’s people. They want to grab power stepping on dead bodies. Action has to be taken against them. They must not be spared,” he said.
Nasim, also a presidium member of the ruling Awami League, was addressing a protest rally organised by the Awami League-led 14-party alliance at Sutrapur in the city.
