Narayanganj District team emerged zonal champions to reach the final round of the Sailor-BFF National U-15 Football Championship beating Pabna District team by 3-0 goals in the zonal final at Chuadanga District Stadium on Wednesday.
Hridoy, Emran and Ibrahim netted one goal each for Narayanganj, which dominated the first half by a solitary goal.
Deputy Commissioner of Chuadanga Saima Yusuf was the chief guest in the day’s zonal final.
Hosts Jessore District team moved into the zonal final of the championship beating Jhenidah District team by 2-0 goals in the zonal semis at the Jessore District Stadium on Wednesday.
Swarga and Lal Hossain scored for the home team, one in each half.
Feni District Team advanced to the zonal semifinal eliminating Noakhali District team by 3-0 goals in the zonal quarterfinal at the MA Aziz Stadium in Chittagong on Wednesday.
Enamul Huq Pias, Nurul Absar and Tamim Hossain scored one each for the Feni District team.
