Narail DSA became champions of the Walton Smart Television Inter-District Volleyball Competition when they beat Pabna DSA by 3-1 sets in the final at the Volleyball Stadium on Thursday.
Sohel of the champions Narail DSA was adjudged the most valuable player of the tournament.
Earlier, five-time champions Khulna DSA finished 3rd in the meet beating Satkhira DSA by 3-2 sets in a place deciding match.
After the final match Secretary General of Bangladesh Olympic Association Syed Shahed Reza distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest while Executive Director of RB Group Emdadul Haque Sarkar, Additional Director of Walton FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Don were with him as special guests.
General Secretary of Bangladesh Volleyball Federation (BVF) Ashiqur Rahman Miku, Vice-President of BVF Tabiur Rahman, Secretary of the Tournament Committee Advocate Fazle Rabbi Babul were present at the time.
