Bangladesh National Awami Party (Bangladesh NAP) has expressed concern over the missing of BNP Joint Secretary General and former state minister Salahuddin Ahmed. The party demanded his safe return.
NAP chairman Jebel Rahman Ghaani and its secretary general M Golam Mustafa Bhuiyan made the demand in a joint statement on Sunday. The two leaders said that the government couldn’t avert the responsibility, as the law enforcing agencies picked up the BNP leader. They also called upon the government to take initiative of holding fresh election under a non-party government system.
