NAP Bangladesh demands Barrister Mainul’s release

National Awami Party (NAP) Bangladesh on Wednesday demanded release of former caretaker government Adviser Barrister Mainul Hosein and other political leaders.
They have also demanded a free, fair, credible and inclusive national election dissolving the Parliament.
They said this at a human chain programme held in front of the Jatiya Press Club organised by Dhaka City unit of NAP Bangladesh on Wednesday.
Convener of Dhaka City unit of NAP Bangladesh Zakaria Khan presided over the programme while Chairman of the party Md Faruqul Islam was present as the chief guest.
Senior Vice-Chairman of the organisation Md Ali Khan, Mamunur Rahman and Engineer Shahadat Alam spoke at the human chain, among others.
The leaders of the organisation expressed their solidarity with the seven-point demands of the Oikyafront.
They also demanded cancellation of the newly enacted Digital Security Act-2018.
