Chief Selector of BCB Minhajul Abedin Nannu is satisfied with the performance of the players in the preparation matches. Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah Riyad played three preparation matches after a long time.
Nannu said, “Our players, who have been included in the ODI pool for the upcoming matches against Afghanistan and England ore now in a good form. I am optimistic they will perform well in the forthcoming series.”
Though the batsmen could not make big scores but Nannu is satisfied with the consistency of the batsmen. Nannu is satisfied as the bowlers bowled maintaining accurate line and length. The bowlers have kept their fitness.
Nannu said, ” Earlier, the bowlers got injury during their practice session. But this time they improved their fitness. We have not get any report about their injury. All of our eight bowlers are totally fit.”
Nannu felt the absence of ‘Cutter Boy’ Mustafizur Rahman. He is worried about the report of Taskin.
