Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid on Sunday expressed profound shock and grief at the death of Rashed Kabir, Dean of Science Faculty of Pabna University of Science and Technology (PUST). In a condolence message, the minister recalled his contributions to the academic field and said PUST has lost a meritorious and intellectual teacher at the death of Kabir.
He prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
PUST teacher Rashed was killed in a road accident on early Saturday in Chakla area of Bera upazila in Pabna district.
