Speculations around actress Surbhi Jyoti’s character in the show Naagin 3 had been going on for quite some time now. Ever since the show’s first teaser was out, people were left wondering whether Surbhi was one of the naagins or a human character in the show.
Looks like the cat is out of the bag now. According to sources, the actress will be playing the role of a naagin in the show. She would be essaying the role of Rajat Tokas’ (naag) sister who takes the form of a human avatar to seek revenge and destroy the lives of her brother’s murderers.
During an interview with TimesofIndia, Surbhi had refused to reveal much about her role in the show. She had said, “I essay the character of Bela. There is a certain mystery around it which I won’t reveal now. We want to keep the mystery around my character intact.”
The actress had further stated that the team of Naagin 3 does feel a certain pressure to live up to the benchmark created by the first two seasons. They, also knew that the third installment of the Naagin franchise shall hit the right chord. Naagin 3, which began on June 2, has opened up to great TRPs.
