Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan on Saturday said the mystery behind the killing of Comilla Victoria College student Sohagi Jahan Tonu will be unearthed very soon.
The minister came up with the remarks while talking to the reporters after attending a programme at Karatitola CMS Memorial High School and College in the capital.
Who are the masterminds of the gruesome killing and how the incident took place will be unearthed very soon through investigation, he said.
However, the minister said it will not look good to make any comment over Tonu killing as the issue is under investigation.
The perpetrators will be brought to book as per the rule of law, he added.Asked about the violence in the 2nd phase union parishad elections throughout the country, the ruling party lawmaker said law enforcing agencies have been working to stop post-poll bloodshed.
