banglanews24.com :A woman domestic help from Bangladesh has died mysteriously at a house in Riyadh, capital of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).The employer, however, claimed that it is a case of suicide.Sources concerned in the labor wing of Bangladesh embassy in Riyadh confirmed banglanews that the incident of death occurred on January 13.But the matter has come to the light after a few days of the incident.The deceased has been identified as Aklima Akter (36), passport number 4987210, wife of Bashir Ahmed of Sanarpar area in Siddhirganj upazila of Narayanganj.The sources said that the employer Nishan Khujaim Al Sahli has came to the Bangladesh embassy in Riyadh on January 11 to collect a Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) to send the corpse back home.At this moment, Sahli said, ‘Aklima used to work in my house. She has committed suicide on December 28. Aklima’s dead body has been kept in Tadik General Hospital morgue’.Bangladesh embassy has asked the local police to investigate this matter.The embassy has also informed the labor ministry of Saudi Arabia, the high commission sources added.Aklima came to KSA as a house help by the Himel Air Service Recruitment.Later, she worked as a house help under supervision of Dalil Al Alam Recruitment in Riyadh.
