Trade between Myanmar and South Korea reached 402.2 million U.S. dollars in the first half of the fiscal year 2017-2018, official Global New Light of Myanmar reported Sunday.
The country’s exports to South Korea amounted to over 154.9 million U.S. dollars while imports were 247.2 million U.S. dollars as of September from April.
The country usually imports cosmetic, food and electronic equipment, mobile devices and other goods from South Korea and exports agricultural products including cashew nuts, mangos, rice, beans and pulses.
Bilateral trade between the two nations hit 866 million U.S. dollars in last FY 2016-2017.
