‘Wonder Boy’ Mustafizur Rahman and ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan left the city on Friday night for London to join the Bangladesh squad. Bangladesh Cricket team are taking part in a ten-day long conditioning camp at Sussex in London to adapt with the weather and environment of England.
Mustafizur Rahman and Shakib Al Hasan did not take part in the conditioning camp as they were busy in India to play in IPL.
Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman failed to gain any success for them in IPL 2017. Shakib Al Hasan played for Kolkata Knight Riders in one match in IPL 2017 and he failed to register any remarkable performance. Mustafizur Rahman played for Sunrisers Hyderabad in one match but failed to post any notable performance. Thus the two cricketers did not get chance any match.
After returning home Shakib Al Hasan was busy in his sister’s wedding party. Mustafizur Rahman spent his time with his family in the city residence.
Meanwhile, Captain of Bangladesh Cricket team Mashrafe Bin Mortaza returned in the city from Sussex as his wife is ill. Mashrafe Bin Mortaza will leave the city for London today.
