Police has arrested popular music director Shawkat Ali Emon following a case in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act filed by his ex-wife Jinat Kabir Tithi. He was arrested in a raid from his Eskaton residence on Wednesday midnight, said AK Azad, a Sub-Inspector (SI) of Ramna Police Station. AK Azad also informed that Jinat Kabir Tithi filed the case under ICT Act on August 18 in this year. In her case she alleged that Emon uploaded her naked and obscene pictures in the internet.
