“I know Wednesday’s loss was very painful for you all… But everyone in the team always give all that they have in each match… hence the loss was painful for me and everybody in the team,” a humble Mushfiqur Rahim said in a Facebook post after the Tigers’ sad defeat to India yesterday.
“It was not right for me to get out in such a time… Maybe the team lost because of me… In that case I am deeply sorry to all the people of the country. I hope to learn from this to bring back the smile on your faces,” Mushfiqur added.
