Mushfiq gets confidence from team’s recent performance

Boosted by the recent performance of team Bangladesh skipper Mushfiqur Rahgim expects positive result in Test series against visiting South Africa starting from today (Tuesday) at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium.
He was talking to the reporters at a pre-match press conference held on Monday at the match venue.
After the Eid holyday, the Tigers backed to business today (Monday) through rigorous training. The Tigers captain thinks that their consistent performances in the last eight months help them to bring a good result in Test cricket.
He said they have been playing good cricket in the last eight months not only in ODI but also in Test format.
Mushfiq also recalled his team’s fighting performance against Pakistan in first Test held in April in Khulna. The team’s consistence performance would help them to make a good start in the Test series as the boys are passing a very good form.
The diminutive wicket keeper said keeping team’s good performance is always a challenging job and achieving something good is a rather more challenging which they expecting in the first Test, but he emphasized on to play good cricket on all five days.
Playing cricket on all five days is very important for them to get a good result, he said. Commenting about South African bowlers Mushfiq said their bowling line is very strong a world class in any condition.
