Court Correspondent :A court of Dhaka on Monday directed the police of Gulshan Police Station to submit probe report in a case filed against BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia and other three persons on charge of killing 42 people by arson attacks during the ongoing blockade enforced by the BNP-led 20-party alliance.Magistrate Atiqur Rahman of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka passed the order after hearing in a case. President of Janonetri Parishad AB Siddique filed the case with the CMM Court on Monday morning. Three other accused are former Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Emajuddin Ahmed, BNP leaders Barrister Rafiqul Islam Miah and Shamsher Mobin Chowdhury.Hundreds of vehicles were burnt and attacked and fishplates of rail lines were removed by miscreants during the ongoing non-stop blockade. Blockade related violence has killed at least 42 people during the last few weeks, according to case statement.
