The family members of the mysteriously killed central Chatra league leader Irfan Chowdhury lodge case before the court in Chittagong after refuse by the respective thana authority .
This murder case has been lodged yesterday before the court of senior judicial magistrate ASM Shahidullah Kaiser . Elder sister of Irfan Chowdhury Advocate Jubaida Sarwar filed the case , sources said.
Asstt. Proctor of Chittagong University Anowar Hossain, President of CU Chatra league unit Alamgir Tipu were accused in the case for the alleged killing of central BCL leader. Mentionable that the dead body of Irfan Chowdhury was detected from his own residence at No.2 road of Ctg University on Sunday night last.
Victim Irfan was the student of Fianance & Banking deptt of CU of session 2006-07 . He was also the Asstt. Secretary of the central committee of BCL, sources added.
