Dr Mohammed Muradul Islam and Dr Sumon Kumar Sen have been elected President and General Secretary (GS) of the 28th BCS (Health) Forum.
The election was held recently in the city, said a press release. Some 549 out of 745 voters cast their ballots to elect the leaderships for the next two years.
Dr Murad and Dr Sumon of the Gonotantrik Joy Bangla panel bagged 520 votes. The opposite panel got only 13 votes while 16 ballots were cancelled due to incomplete submission. The committee having 63 members will run for two-year till 2022.
