Few years ago, popular actress of the small screen Aiyesha Salma Mukti got the Best Actress award from an organization. She got the award for acting in late Hasibul Islam Mizan’s movie Tumi Achho Hridoye. She received the award from President Abdul Hamid though he was not President during that time. While recalling that memory Mukti said, “That memory was really a great reminiscence for me. That photograph is now taking place on the wall of my residence.”
May 5 was Mukti’s birthday. She did not keep any shooting schedule on that day. She passed the day with her family and friends.
Now Mukti is acting in Golam Sohrab Dodul’s ongoing serial Chhayabibi. She last performed as model in a TV commercial under Anjam Masud’s direction last year. Mukti acted last released movie was Shahadat Hossain Liton’s Jor Kore Bhalobasha Hoina. She also acted in Ashraf Shishir’s Amra Ekti Cinema Banabo. She worked in this movie two years ago which shooting yet not completed, Mukti also said.
