Mukta Bihanga Tarun Sangha and Uttara Hockey Club composed wins in their respective matches of the Green Delta Insurance First Division Hockey League on Wednesday.
In the day’s first match, Mukta Bihanga Tarun Sangha thrashed Shishu Kishore Sangha by 6-1 goals at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium.
Bachchu of Mukta Bihanga Tarun Sangha scored three goals and his teammate Sihab netted two goals and their teammate Tuhin scored one goal.
On the other hand, Hasan scored the consolation goal for the losers.
In the day’s second match, Uttara Hockey Club came from behind and achieved a hard-fought 2-1 goals victory over Victory SC at the same venue.
Rabbi, Pial successfully struck one time each on the board, while Sohag of Victoria SC netted one goal.
