Outside the country, popular singer of the Subcontinent Kumar Shanu rendered song under the music composition of Muhin Khan which lyric was written by Jamal Hossain. As a part of its continuation, Kolkata’s popular singer Shubhamita has lent her vocal for a song titled Megh To Bolena Aar under Muhin’s composition.
Muhin informed that recording and music video of the song have already been done in Kolkata recently.
Shubhamita told this correspondent over mobile phone on Wednesday from Kolkata, “It is really a nice song. I have liked lyric of the song written by Jamal Hossain. I believe this song will surely impress the music-lovers. I give thanks to Muhin and Jamal Hossain for composing the song.”
Muhin said, “Basically Jamal Bhai wanted Shubhamitadi lend her voice for the song. After composing the song, I found this song will be perfect in voice of Shubhamitadi. From that point of view I took the decision. However, I am fond of Didi’s vocal. My dream came into true by this song. I am very much excited about the song. I will perform as model in music video of the song. Classic Sarkar will make its music video which will be released on YouTube channel of Rongon Music.”
Meanwhile, on the occasion of Independence Day of India, Shubhamita along with Lopamudra, Bratati, Jayati and Iman rendered a chorus song titled Amader Gaan.
On Srabon 22, Shubhamita’s a song titled Sraboner Baish Tarikhey was also released where Joy Sarkar’s guitar playing impressed the listeners.
