Muhammed Ali, Managing Director of United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB) and Abdul Fattah, Chairman of Express System Limited (ESL) exchanging documents after signing an agreement on Wednesday in the city. Under the agreement ESL will maintain payroll management and corporate salary account relationship with UCB. High officials of both organisations were also present.
