Muhammed Ali, Managing Director of United Commercial Bank Limited and Amjadul Ferdous Chowdhury, Managing Director of Imperial Hospital Limited signed a Syndicated Term Loan agreement as lead arranger along with 6 others banks and Financial Institutions on Sunday at a local hotel in the city. The deal was signed of BDT 2500.00 million in favour of IHL to finance for setting up a 353 bed Tertiary Care and referral Hospital in Chittagong.
