Muhammad A (Rumee) Ali, CEO of Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) and Lim Seok Hui, CEO of Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) signed a MoU on behalf of their respective organizations recently in Singapore. This MoU is intended to explore areas for co-operation in respect of jointly organizing training and seminar, knowledge sharing and other relative issues on ADR. Mohammad Shahidul Haque, Secretary, Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Bangladesh and Francis Xavier SC, Chairman, CIA Singapore Branch were present.
