An agreement was signed between Meghna Petroleum Limited and M/s. Flora Limited on 16.11.2015 at Meghna Petroleum Limted Heads Office, Chittagong. On behalf of Meghna Petroleum Ltd. Engr. M. Delwar Hossain, General Manager (Operations) and Hussain Shaheed Firoz Director of Flora Limited signed the agreement on respective sides.
Meghna Petroleum Limited and M/s. Flora Limited signed an agreement yesterday at Meghna Petroleum Limted Heads Office, Chittagong for Design, Develop, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Integrated Web Based Application Software (ERP) Solution Turnkey Basis and Supply of Related Hardware with Data center, LAN and WAN Connectivity with it’s Head Office at Agrabad, Chittagong and it’s Four Regional Offices and all the depots. This project will be completed within 24 months at a cost of Taka 5 crore.
On behalf of Meghna Petroleum Ltd. Engr. M. Delwar Hossain, General Manager (Operations) and on behalf of Flora Limited Mr. Hussain Shaheed Feroz, Director signed the agreement. Dr. Sharif Ashrafuzzaman, Managing Director, Mir Saifullah Al Khaled, General Manager (Marketing), Md. Quamrul Hasan, General Manager (Accounts and Finance) and all Departmental heads of Meghna Petroleum Limited and Hossain Ferdouse, General Manager (Corporate Sales), Md. Foizullah, Manager, Md. Shoebur Rahman, Technical Solution Manager were present among others in the signing ceremony.
After completion of the Automation there will be easy access of management to the marketing, operation and financial activities of the Company and co-ordination between all the departments would be smooth and easier. In turn this will increase the transparency and will accelerate the activities of the company with co-ordinated efforts.
