Helal Morshed Bir Bikram said Bangabandhu was the spirit of our liberation war and we will continue our movement against BNP Senior Vice Chairman Tarique Rahman until his proper punishment who criticised the father of the nation recently.
He disclosed it while addressing the human chain as arranged by Mukhtijudda Sangsad, Chittagong district unit command in front of Chittagong Press Club yesterday morning as chief guest.
Muktijuddar Santan, Chittagong city unit, Baizid Boastami Unit, Sitakunda Unit, Sandwip, Patiya, Raozan, Boalkhali, Satkania and Hathazari unit participated the human chain.
Chittagong District Unit Commander Shahabuddin presided over THE programme and address there.
Among others, Cenral Vice President Emdad Hossain Motin, Founding Command President Md Fazal Ahmed, Md. Lokman, Sarwar Kamal Lablu, Comrade Shah Alam , Md. Mozzafar Ahmed spoke in it.
A procession parading the city road went to DC office with demand of exemplary punishment of Tarique Rahman and handed over a memorandum to DC, Ctg for onward transmission to the Prime Minister.
