Actor Shakib Khan, President of Film Artists Association, has vowed to fight against screening of Indian movies in Bangladeshi cinema halls and said, “We cannot keep our eyes shut to the effort to make the Bangladesh Film Industry cripple.”
Shakib told the news men in the association office few days ago. “The screening of the Indian movies in the cinema halls is not acceptable. Crowd drawing commercial and art films are made in our country every year. So, there is no need of releasing Indian films in Bangladesh,’ Shakib said.
The actor-hero finally appealed all concerned to stop screening of Indian movies in he interest of the Bangladesh Film Industry.
