The movie “Bish” was slated to start screening from in different districts and universities of the country. The premiere show of the movie was held on November 24 at the Seminar Hall of Public Library, University of Dhaka in the city. Director of the movie Kishore Mahmud, film personality Manjare Hasin Murad, Nurul Ul Alam, film critic Hasan Raufun along with actors Mita Chowdhury, Sabbir Ahmed and AK Azad Shetu were present at the premiere show. Mostofa Jahangir Alam, managing director of AD and Multimedia and Jobayer Rubel, managing director of Extra Communication were also present at the event.
Bish is about the lives of the vagabonds, the bedeys. The movie is young director Kishore Mahmud’s first movie. The movie has three songs, all composed by Sunny Chaki. Devjani Shyama and Sunny Chaki have given voices for the songs. Prabir Mitra, Chadni, Sabbir Ahmed, Dolon, AK Azad Shetu, Rifa and many more have acted in the movie.
Kishore Mahmud said, “I have tried to frame a different story in my movie. Whether I am successfully or not I leave the viewers to decide.”
