Moushumi to make film on Salman Shah

Entertainment Desk :Moushumi will make a film on her debut co-star late actor Salman Shah, the one-time Bengali film’s heartthrob of the nineties, who, pairing with Moushumi, had made his debut in Dhaka cinema through “Keyamat Theke Keyamat”.Moushumi said she would make the film Only to pay respect to her debut hero Salam Shah. Moushumi and Salman Shah were one of the popular pairs of Bangladeshi films. ‘Keyamat Theke Keyamat’, released on 1993, was the first film of this duo and it was a sensational hit.Moushumi said, “Salman was a good friend of mine. Our friendship was free from self-centred conflicts. We shared a lot of things with each other. I have been planning to make a film on Salman’s dynamic life for a long time. This time I have finalized my decision. I am looking for a fresh face for the film.” Moushumi is now busy with directing a film, ‘Shunna Hridoy’. Actor Ferdous is paired with Moushumi in this film. It is for the third time actress Moushumi is working as a film director.The first film directed by Moushumi, ‘Kokhono Megh Kokhono Brishti’, released on 2003. She also jointly directed the film ‘Meher Nigar’ with director Gulzar.
