A grand exhibition festival is scheduled to be held from September 23 to 25 at Radisson Blu in Chattogram. Popular film actress Moushumi will be present on September 24 in the festival. The actress confirmed the news yesterday. After attending the festival, she will return to Dhaka on September 25.
While talking in this regard, Moushumi told this correspondent, “I am going attend this grand festival in Chattogram. I hope everybody will be present. I will meet presented all and will also gossip with them. I give cordial thanks and loves to all who are organising this festival.”
Meanwhile, Moushumi starrer three movies are waiting to get release dates. These movies are: Zahid Hossain’s ‘Sonar Char,’ Sakhawat Hossain’s ‘Bhangon’ and Ashutosh Sujon’s ‘Deshantor.’ In these movies, she played the central characters.
In last Eid, Moushumi starrer and Tareq Shikdar directed a drama titled ‘Bhokto’ was released on own YouTube channel of Kamal Khan. Besides Moushumi, Shahed Sharif Khan, Joyraz, Meghla, among others, acted in different roles. Mirza Rakib wrote story of the drama. According to director of this drama, Kamal Khan is grateful to Moushumi for acting in this drama.
Moushumi also said that she is planning to work in Zahid Hossain’s new movie titled ‘Fu.’ But Moushumi did not disclose anything right now in this regard.
It is noted that Moushumi starrer her debut movie was Sohanur Rahman Sohan directed ‘Keyamat Theke Keyamat’ where late Salman Shah acted opposite her. As a pair, Salman Shah and Moushumi starrer other movies were: ‘Antore Antore,’ ‘Sneho’ and ‘Denmohor.’ Their acted all these movies are still popular among the film-lovers.
