Popular film actress Moushumi tied the nuptial knot with film actor Omar Sunny on August 2 in 1996 after a successful journey of their relationship. This popular couple is going to step forward into 20 years of their conjugal life this year.
With the stories of their conjugal life and activities a special telefilm titled Bhalobashar Bish Bochhor has been made by Yusuf Chowdhury recently. Journalist and playwright Golam Rabbani has written story of the telefilm.
Shooting of the telefilm began on May 6, Omar Sunny’s birthday, at Priyanka Shooting House in the city’s Banglamotor area. While taking part in shooting of the telefilm both Moushumi and Omar Sunny were feeling an exceptional happiness about their lifestyles and activities. They gave time to journalists who attended to cover news of the first day shooting of the telefilm and also to celebrate birthday of Omar Sunny.
While sharing in this regard Omar Sunny told this correspondent, “It is really inexpressible happiness to take part in shooting of a telefilm which focuses on our real life stories. I am giving thanks to Golam Rabbani to make a nice script for the telefilm. If my wife Moushumi didn’t cooperate the telefilm couldn’t see the light.”
Moushumi shared her feelings by this way, “With Allah’s blessing we have passed 20 years in our conjugal life. Now we want to establish our two children – Fardin and Faiza. I believe viewers can get the opportunity to watch our real life in this telefilm. Shooting of the telefilm will end on Friday. It will be telecasted in any satellite channel on the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr.”
Omar Sunny also informed that this telefilm will be only work together for him and Moushumi in the small screen.
It may be mentioned that Moushumi and Omar Sunny’s acted first movie was Dola. It was released in 1994.
Later they worked together in movies Atmo Ahankar, Prothom Prem, Muktir Sangram, Harano Prem, Goriber Rani, Priyo Tumi, Sukher Swargo, Mithya Ahankar, Ghat Protighat, Lojja, Kotha Dao, Sneher Badhon, etc.
Their acted last released movie was Shahin Sumon’s Saheb Namey Golam, which was released in 2009.
After seven years of break, they again performed together in Belal Ahmed’s movie Bhalobashboi To. Recently it got censor certificate.
Moushumi already has finished shooting of her directed movie Shunnyo Thekey Hridoy.
