Ekushey Award winner noted lyricist, director, producer and story-teller Gazi Mazharul Anwar was admitted into United Hospital for a day. After fainted he was sent to hospital for two times on Saturday. On Sunday, he returned to his Baridhara residence. Popular celebrity couple Moushumi and Omar Sani went to Gazi Mazharul Anwar’s residence to pass sometimes with him by own way.
When Moushumi-Sani went to his house he was sleeping. Then they waited for him. After waking up when he saw them Gazi Mazharul Anwar became delighted. They took part in discussion for two hours.
Gazi Mazharul Anwar said, “With Allah’s blessing I am well now. Many thanks to Moushumi and Sani for coming my residence. May Allah keep them well.”
Omar Sani said, “Gazi Mazharul Anwar is like my father. I respect him as my father. I acted some of his directed movies. He loves us a lot. With Allah’s blessing he is well now. He is a pride of our country. He should alive among us.”
Moushumi shared her feelings by this way, “Gazi Mazharul Anwar is a resource of our country. He loves me like his daughter. He became sick. With Allah’s blessing he has returned to us again. He is like a ‘banyan tree’ of our film industry. We want to pass life under his shadow.”
