Moushumi Hamid has been engaged with acting often in TV plays and telefilms. Sometimes she got some exceptional stories and roles which inspired her to work.
Recently she got an offer to work in such a story based play titled Shortcut Bhalobasha. Directed by Md Robiul Shikder story of the play was written by Matia Banu Shuku. Moushumi acted in role of Raina in the play.
Rajon and Romel love Raina. But Raina did not take her decision by whom she would love. Story of the play continues with different psychological complexities. Recently its shooting was done in the city’s Uttara area where Maznun Mizan and Sajal were co-actors of Moushumi.
While sharing her feelings to act in the play Moushumi Hamid told this correspondent, “It is really difficult to portray such type of role in this play. I earlier worked under Shuku Apa’s story. In a word, she writes story well. I have tried my level best effort to act properly in this play. Earlier I had experience to work under Robi Bhai’s direction. I hope viewers will like his new work.”
Director Robiul Shikder informed that the play will be aired in any satellite channel soon.
Earlier under his direction Moushumi also acted in a play titled Paiyanna Bhuter Prem. Moushumi’s acting was highly appreciated to all.
Meanwhile, in the middle of this year, shooting of Sumon Anwar’s movie Koyla is scheduled to be started where Moushumi will work in lead role.
Therefore, Moushumi has also finished shooting of Borhan’s short film Jetey Hobey Bohudur. However, she has been also engaged with acting in different serials now.
