On the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr, SA TV will telecast a six-episode serial titled Hot & Spicy, directed by Golam Muktadir Shan. Zia Uddin Zia wrote story of the serial.
Producing under the banner of Alpha-i Media Ltd for the first time Moushumi Hamid, Ziaul Faruq Apurba, Zakia Bari Mamo and Naim are working together in the serial. Shooting of the serial began on June 21 in the city’s Uttara area.
Hot & Spicy is a romantic-comedy type serial. While talking about the serial Mamo told this correspondent, “In fact, I agree to work when I like its script. I have liked story of the serial so that I am joyfully working in it. I, Naim, Apurba and Moushumi are working together in the serial with having lot of fun and joyful mood.”
Apurba said, “In this Eid, I have worked in several numbers of good plays, serials and telefilms. Serial Hot & Spicy is one of those works. I am very much optimistic about the work.”
Naim shared his feelings by this way, “Few days ago, I was outside the country. For this reason, I could not get the scope to work in any serial for Eid. I am really grateful to director Shan to give me the opportunity to work in this Eid serial.”
According to Moushumi Hamid, Apurba and Mamo are her two favourite actors in media. To work with them she is really delighted. While sharing her feelings in this regard Moushumi Hamid said, “During my student life I was fan of Apurba Bhai. I always become glad when get the scope to work with him. Mamo Apu is one of my favourite actresses and Naim Bhai is as like my elder brother. Overall we are working together like a family in the shooting. As a result, it will become a nice work.”
Meanwhile, Mamo has confirmed to work with Nirob in Rafiq Shikder’s movie Ami Tor Hobo recently.
