to celebrate her birthday outside the country. But for last three years she could not pass the day along with her mother. In the middle of October, Moushumi along with her daughter Faiza went to San Francisco in USA. Then they moved to Atlanta to meet her mother who was residing with Moushumi’s younger sister Erin Zaman. This year Moushumi will
celebrate her birthday along with
her mother, Erin, husband of sister
Zia and daughter Faiza.
While talking about celebration of her birthday, Moushumi said over mobile phone from Atlanta on Tuesday, “Rather than me, my birthday is more significant to my mother. As I can think about my children’s birthday, my mother also thinks about my birthday. If my father is alive he could think about it. I personally do not think to celebrate my birthday. My family and close ones become delightful in this regard. I like it very much. Media also arranges to celebrate my birthday. As I am now outside the country, so this year I will celebrate the day in limited way. Yes,
I will really miss my husband Omar Sani, son Fardin and his wife Ayesha a lot. After becoming my daughter-in-law, Ayesha could not pass the day with me. My mother is along with me – it is a delightful matter for me. Everybody prays for me.”
Moushumi also said that she will return to Bangladesh soon. Before going to USA, Moushumi acted in Syed Apon Ahsan directed a
documentary, also acted in Zahid Hossain’s movie Sonar Char, Ashutosh Sujon’s Deshantor and Mirza Sakhawat Hossain’s movie Bhangon. She also performed as model in Toha Morshed directed a TVC of oil.
