Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with fact finding mission of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to construct the third terminal at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA).
The signing ceremony was held recently at the ministry’s conference room at secretariat with the presence of State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism M Mahbub Ali.
The state minister said the government is interested to build the third terminal to facilitate international standard to the passengers.
Ali said his ministry is working relentlessly to build a pro-people aviation sector in the country under able and dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
