On the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr popular TV actress, model and dance artiste Sadia Islm Mou performed against popular actor-model Sajal in several plays and telefilms.
They performed together as a pair in only telefilm titled Shironamey Tumi on the occasion of Eid. Directed by Faisal Khan Ripon story of the telefilm was also written by himself. Shooting of the telefilm was done in the city’s Mohammadpur and Dhanmondi areas recently. In the telefilm, Mou and Sajal acted in roles of Supti and Arnab.
While sharing her feeling to act in the play actress Mou told this correspondent, “After many days I worked in a nice story based telefilm. I hope viewers will enjoy the affair between Supti and Arnab in the telefilm. It is no doubt that Sajal is a good actor. I like to work against him.”
Sajal shared his feelings by this way, “It is delightful and lucky matters for me to to perform against model-actress Mou Apu. The role of Arnab was very much challenging for me. It became a nice work. I am requesting the viewers to watch the telefilm.”
In December of last year, Mou and Sajal’s acted a play titled Showpiece, directed by Nuzhat Ahmed Alvi, was broadcasted on Channel i.
Seven years ago, Sajal first performed against Mou in a play under the direction of late Hunayun Faridee. Later they performed together in several plays under direction of many directors including Anjan Aich.
Meanwhile, Sajal last acted in a drama serial Iqaru-ser Dana under Hridy Haque’s direction.
On the other hand, Mou acted and Anjan Aich directed three plays – Khudito Pashan, Mallyodan and Bodnam were broadcasted on ETV, ATN Bangla and SA TV respectively. Mou’s acting was highly appreciated to all.
Therefore, Sajal’s acted a play titled Prem O Pinjor, an adaptation from Tagore’s story poem Niskriti, was telecasted on Banglavision recently where his acting was appreciated to the viewers.
