Chittagong Bureau :
A youth was killed in a road accident in city’s Kalurghat area on Monday.
The deceased was identified as Mohammad Munna, 22, son of Mohammad Yusuf, hailed from Kuaish area under Hathazari thana. Police said Munna was critically injured when a speedy truck ran over his motorbike in front of Kalurghat Fire Service station under Chandgaon than around 11am.
He was immediately rushed to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) where the attending doctors declared him dead, said Nayek Kanchan Barua of CMCH police outpost. The body was sent to the morgue for autopsy.
