A mother was accused of setting her own two years old baby on fire throwing him into a wood-fired oven resulting in death of boy in Bhairab tour of Kishoreganj district on Saturday before evening.
The victim was identified as Yamin Miah (2) son of Mobarak Miah, a farmer Chandpur village in Bhairab upazila.
Locals and police said that Shirin Akhter threw her baby into the fire of a wood-fired oven and the baby was burnt to death.
Mubarak Miah alleged his wife Shirin is mentally challanged women and she killed her six years old boy Rifat last year making him drowned in a pond.
